TIRWA FISHERIES

Tirwa Farms started it fishery business in 2021 with the farming of Pangasius (Basa) Fish. In the beginning we operated only 1 fish pond with 15000 Pangasius seeds. With utmost professionalism and care we had a very successful 1st harvest towards the last quarter of 2021. 

Last year in 2022, we expanded our business with the operation of 2 ponds accommodating 55000 fishes. We ended the season with harvesting over 30000 KGS of Basa. We are very proud of the quality and size of the fish that we have been able to culture consistently for the last 2 years . In fact some of our fishes were over 2kgs - 2.5kgs.

This year in 2023, we have expanded our fishery business to 4 ponds accommodating not just Pangasius (Basa) fish but other varieties of fishes as well.
