About Us

The Tirwa Royals migrated from Gujarat to Baghelkhand in Madhya Pradesh and then to Kannauj. In mid 1700s the title of Raja (King) was given to Raja Jaswant Singh by the Mughal Emperor Shah Alam with a mansabdari of 3000 and 87 villages.

Our 7000 acres of land was mainly used for farming for over 400 years. Though the soil is little sandy but highly fertile and was used for farming of Potatoes, Mustard, Wheat, Maize, etc.

 Our family has been the front runners in agriculture in the district of Kannauj & Farukhabad. 

 Now with the fast changing times, accelerated by the global pandemic that has changed the way we live, eat, work, learn and travel, more and more people are opting for a healthier lifestyle.

We, at Tirwa Farms, are engaging in agricultural practices that do not involve the use of any kind of chemicals. As a brand we stand for zero tolerance to chemical fertilizers, GMO and synthetic usage. We implement all the principles of organic and sustainable farming thru soil conserving/ protection, crop rotation, all inclusive self sufficient eco system. We believe in using the principles of organic farming effectively to meet the needs of existing and future generations, environmental well-being and social and economic equity. We use the techniques that emulate nature–to preserve soil fertility, prevent water pollution and protect biodiversity. 

Some of our noteworthy endeavors include Vermi-composting, drip irrigation, reduce environmental footprint is by using biodegradable packaging, crop rotation and mulching.
Our aim is to improve the quality of soil in the area and also to augment its productivity using organic means and manure. We ensure that even the pesticides that are used are organic (devoid of any chemicals).

Or brand engages actively with the local artisans to promote their art and skills thereby giving them a platform to showcase their products. Our aim is to provide, as many artisans of UP, opportunities to become self-sufficient and be a part of the ever-expanding financial system, steps to strengthen which have been taken proactively by the Government with special emphasis on the financial inclusion of those sections of the society that were hitherto not a part of it.
